Vehicle-Mounted Anti-Collision Bucket For Engineering Vehicles
Traction-type shock-absorbing unit
It is a shock-absorbing unit that can be towed behind a board maintenance vehicle.in the event of a rear-end collision, the traction-type unit absorbs the impact of the collision, thus protecting the driver of the maintenance vehicle as well as ensuring the safety of the workers in front of it.
Features
♦Conventional shock absorbers fitted to the rear of road maintenance vehicles are restricted by size, but BENKEI features a large size buffer unit that enables greater absorption of kinetic energy.
♦BENKEI features a honneycomb structure(eight guard)made of aluminium which is not highly fire-resistant but recyclable. In addition, the shock-absorbing capacity can be adjusted at will by altering the combination of honneycomb structures.
►This is our exclusive design has obtained the patent application for invention.EIGHT GUARD is technology for converting collision energy into deformation energy. The structure combines the metal characteristics and shape characteristics of the deformation atress of aluminium alloy and the figure 8-shaped honneycomb structure with its large deformation area.
Above is the test data of the built-in buffer. The results are as follows
1.Aluminium alloy, which is recyclable and non-combustible,is used for the shick-absorbing material, preventing accidental damage from scattering and secongary disasters due to shattering.
2.Superior shock-absorbing performance not only for frontal collision, but for collision at an angle is one of the structural features of the material.
The amount of absorption energy and displacement length have been adjusted(300mm-400mm)for cases in the diagram on above that exceeded the Grade 1 serious abstacle evasion value range.
